Forest-y Wallpaper in a Powder Room

Digital ImageDigital ImageHere’s another woodsy-looking wallpaper, and it’s just delicious! The color is iridescent blue on a chocolate charcoal matt black background.

The powder room was originally harsh white, tall, cramped, and boxy, and totally uninteresting.

The wallpaper added depth, dimension, character, warmth, and a little mystique, along with perfectly complimenting the brown tile behind the commode.

The white line along the top of the backsplash is caulk, and will turn clear when it dries. I do this to prevent splashed water from wicking up under the paper, which could cause curling.

This is pattern EH61003 by Designer Wallpapers. It was sold by Dorota Hartwig at Southwestern Paint on Bissonnet near Kirby. Be sure to call first and make an appointment before heading over. (713) 52-6262
