It’s unsettling to see bubbles under wallpaper. But these particular bubbles are no a worry. Once the paper is completely dry, they will disappear.
Some people find it hard to wait for nature to take its course, and want to push and force the little pockets of air out to a seam. But this can actually make things worse, because it can stretch and stress the wallpaper, which creates more bubbles, and can even burnish or scratch the surface of the paper.
Take a breath, wait a while (like, overnight), and it will all dry nice and flat.
